Our designers will always maintain the overall style, color
palette, value, and theme of the original arrangement. Substitutions will be
made with flowers or materials of equal or greater value whenever possible.
In some cases:
Specific flowers may be replaced with similar blooms of
comparable style and quality.
Vases, baskets, or containers may be substituted with a
similar design if the original is unavailable.
Certain specialty flowers may be replaced due to seasonal or
market availability.
We take great care to ensure every arrangement reflects the
beauty, quality, and intention of the design selected.
