Refund and Re delivery Policy


Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and
accurate delivery information at the time of purchase, including the
recipient’s full name, address, phone number, and any necessary delivery
instructions.
If a delivery attempt is made and the order cannot be
completed due to incomplete, incorrect, or missing delivery information, the
following will apply:
The delivery fee is non-refundable.
The cost of the floral arrangement or goods will not be
refunded, as the product has already been prepared specifically for the order.
Additional redelivery fees may apply if the customer
requests a second delivery attempt after corrected information is provided.
Recipient Unavailable
If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery,
our driver may attempt to:
Leave the arrangement in a safe location (weather
permitting), or
Leave a notice to contact us for redelivery.
If the order cannot be safely left and the recipient cannot
be reached, the arrangement will be returned to the shop and:
The delivery fee will not be refunded.
The product cost is non-refundable.
Redelivery will require an additional delivery fee.


If you aren't completely satisfied with your floral gift, we'll do everything we can to make it right. As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order for delivery in the United States and Canada. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will send a replacement or refund all or part of the purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order.
